We want you to be happy with your purchase. Return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note shipping costs are non refundable and cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please read additional details below:

Request an RMA Number. We want to process your returns quickly and accurately. Contact us via email or phone or Click here to send an email at hello@idealgardenlights.com. Please provide: 
(1) the shipping Name listed on the order form OR the Order Number
(2) the item(s) you wish to return and
(3) Reason for return (or exchange) 

Damaged or defective items: On the rare occasion that an item(s) arrives damaged or has a manufacturer defect, we will replace the item at our cost. Call us, or send us an email noting the damage or defect. In certain cases, we may ask for photos so we can send the correct item or part immediately.

Return Policy: Upon receipt, check your packages carefully to make sure your order is complete and in good condition. Keep all original packaging and labels intact. Please contact us via email or phone if you have any questions and we will do our best to assist you. 

  1. All items are guaranteed free from defects in materials and workmanship 30 days from the date of delivery. Items with longer warranty periods are stated in the product description. We stand behind all manufacturer warranties. Please read the warranty section for more details.
  2. Contact us within 10 days of delivery via phone or email for any returns. Return authorization is required for any returned product. State the items you would like to return and the reason for the return.
  3. All authorized returns must be received within 30 days of delivery.
  4. All return requests are forwarded and shipped back to the manufacturer. 
  5. Returns shipped to the wrong address will be refused, returned at customer's expense or discarded. Please contact us for an RMA number and return instructions.
  6. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  7. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  8. If your order shipped free a shipping charge may be deducted from your refund.
  9. All sales are final for the following items: Flameless candles, candle holders, string lights and rope lights. 
  10. All returned items must have original tags and packaging and has not been assemble, installed, used, damaged or modified.
  11. Any non-defective items returned by the user will be accepted solely at the discretion of Ideal Garden Lights.
  12. Any items returned damaged by the user will not be accepted or shipped back to sender.
  13. Returns that do not comply with our return policy will not be refunded and will only be returned at customer's expense. All others will be discarded.
  14. A 20% restocking fee may be assessed for any of the following reasons:
  • Products returned to the wrong address, if accepted.
  • Any products returned that are not in resalable condition, if accepted. Please keep all packaging and labels intact.
  • Original packaging must be in new condition. Please do not write or mark-up the product package.
  • If we believe the items have been used.
  • Any products without a return authorization, if accepted.
  • Returns received after the 30 day return window, if accepted.
  • Our payment processor limits refunds to 60 days from date of purchase. We cannot accept returns or apply refunds after 60 days, no exceptions.

  • Cancellations must be made within 30 minutes of placing the order, so long as the order has not yet shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled once your item(s) has been processed for shipping. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
  • If you refuse your package, your original shipping is non-refundable and that same amount will be deducted from the product total. Refused packages that qualify for free shipping will be assessed the actual cost to ship the order to you and this amount will be deducted from the product total. Additional costs to return the shipment will also be deducted from any refunds.
  • If your order is non-deliverable our standard return policy applies. (Example: Orders with incorrect addresses or if no one is available to accept, confirm, or sign for package being delivered as required.)
