Installation is simple—just slip it over a 5‑1/2", 6", or 6‑1/2" post and secure it with the two included color‑matched screws.
How to choose the correct size: The Titan metal post cap will fit a variety of 6x6 posts measuring 5-1/2", full 6" to 6-1/2" posts. Opening will be 1/16" to 1/8" larger to easily fit over the top of your post and provide a close fit. Measure the length and width of your post for the best fit. Order by your post size.
- Choose 5-1/2" size for nominal 6x6 wood posts. Opening measures: 5-9/16" square
- Choose 6" size for full 6" posts. Opening measures 6-1/16" square
- Choose 6-1/2" size for post measuring 6-1/2" square. Opening measures 6-9/16" square
