Sizing: The solar imperial post cap will fit a variety of 4x4 posts or post sleeves: wood, metal and vinyl/PVC. Measure the length and width of your post to achieve the best fit.
- 4x4 Posts: Will fit over a true 4" post. Opening measures 4-1/16" x 4-1/16"
- 3.5" Posts: Will fit a 4x4 standard wood post measuring 3.5" square. Includes an adapter with an opening measurement of 3-5/8" x 3-5/8"

Easy Maintenance: For longest run times and best overall performance make sure your light can receive at least 4 to 6 hours of bright direct sunlight to charge the battery. More sun exposure will equal longer run times. Replace rechargeable battery every 1-2 years or as needed.
