WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We ship most orders on the same day so long as we have enough time to package the products and prepare for UPS, Fedex or USPS pick-up, otherwise, it will ship the next business day. Special orders, custom-built or customized items may require an additional 1-5 days before they are shipped. Please click here for more shipping information.

WHY CAN'T I CHOOSE EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
We try to keep your shipping costs as low as possible. Most orders arrive within 1-5 days with standard shipping. If you definitely need your order by a certain date, please call our customer service team for a quote with a guaranteed delivery date. Please click here for more shipping information.
DISCOUNT CODES:
Discount codes are good on order totals meeting the minimum amount listed and must be within the posted dates. Codes expire at 11.59pm PST on the last qualifying day. Enter the offer code at checkout to receive your discount. Discount codes cannot be used on previous or future orders. Limit 1 coupon code per customer. Some exclusions apply.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Orders may be returned within 30 days in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. Returns require an RMA number so we can process your returns or exchanges efficiently and apply any refunds or credits back to your account. Click here to contact us via email or phone.

MY SOLAR LIGHTS ARE NOT TURNING ON, WHAT DO I DO?
Solar lights need very little maintenance, but do require direct sunlight to shine on the solar panels to be able to charge the batteries.
- Check to make sure your lights are getting enough sunlight during the day.
- Check to make sure the batteries are installed and activated.
- If there is an ON/OFF switch, make sure it is in the correct position to charge the lights and to get them to turn on automatically. (This can vary by brand.)
