WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? Excluding weekends and holidays, most orders received by 12 noon EST will ship the same day. All other orders are shipped within 24 hours and should arrive within 1-5 business days. Exceptions include: incomplete orders, incorrect address, back ordered items, customized items, built to order items or if we have questions about your order. Some items may arrive in separate shipments. If any part of your order is backordered, we will notify you via email. If we have questions about your order, we will also notify you via email.
SHIPPING ADDRESSES: We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, APO, FPO or PO Box addresses. Please provide a physical address located in the continental United States for shipping. Providing an invalid address may cause delay or cancellation of your order.
SHIPPING METHOD: IdealGardenLights.com uses UPS, FEDEX and USPS to ship to the continental U.S. locations only. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. Depending on your address and the size of your order, we will choose the best shipping option available to deliver your items quickly. This also allows us to keep our shipping charges low and to be able to offer free shipping on certain orders. Some large or bulky items may ship via dedicated truck. Unless specified in the item description, large and bulky item orders are delivered curb-side.
STANDARD DELIVERY: Most orders are shipped via standard ground service and will generally arrive in 1-5 business days. To keep our shipping fees low and to continue to offer free shipping options, your order will ship using the quickest and most reliable shipping options available. At this time, we ship orders to the continental U.S. locations only, where standard shipping rates apply. If you require special shipping arrangements, contact us via phone or email for assistance.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Most orders arrive within 1-5 business. If you need your order expedited, please call or email us so we can quote you an actual cost and/or let you know when your order is estimated to arrive. In most cases, expedited shipping is not necessary and saves our customers money.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE: Check packages carefully before accepting from the carrier. Contact carrier immediately if any items are damaged. All items damaged in transit must be filed with the carrier.
FURNITURE, FIRE PITS AND BULKY ITEMS: Unless stated otherwise, patio furniture, fire pits and other bulky items ship free. Some orders may be delivered by Fedex or UPS. Larger, bulkier items will be shipped LTL. All orders are delivered curb side—this means you will need to move the package to your residence or patio area yourself. Please keep in mind that packages may require the assistance of a friend, neighbor or family member at delivery. Please provide a phone number and have an authorized adult sign for the package when delivered.
FREE SHIPPING: All patio furniture items priced over $50 and all other orders totalling $150 or more, qualify for free shipping. Your order may incur standard shipping fees if it does not meet the minimum order requirements.
SHIPPING OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS: Any current shipping offers or discounts will be applied at checkout. Please note some offers require a discount code during checkout.
HOLIDAYS: Shippers (UPS, FEDEX and USPS) do not deliver on major holidays, therefore your order will ship the next business day. We are closed on the following holidays and will process your order the next business day: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.
OUT OF STOCK OR BACK ORDERED ITEMS: Occasionally some items will sell out before we are able to update our website. If this happens we will make every effort to locate the item with another vendor, without affecting the normal delivery of your items. If there will be any delay in shipment we will notify you via email.
CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be made within 1 hour of placing the order, so long as the order has not shipped. Orders cannot be cancelled once your order has been processed for shipping.
If you refuse your package, your original shipping is non-refundable and that same amount will be deducted from the product total. Refused packages that qualify for free shipping will be assessed the actual cost to ship the order to you and this amount will be deducted from the product total.
